Knjiga o medvedek


I just completed a book with super-talented Slovenian author, Anja Kokalj. It's a really cute story about a little bear who gets a bicycle for his birthday. The book is actually in the Slovenian language, so they sent me an English translation of the story along with the Slovenian text. I really enjoyed working on this project. The book will be published sometime this winter-- I'll post more details as I have them.

August was a very busy month (projects, vacation, school starting, etc.), and I am so behind on catching up on my friends' blogs. Can't wait to see what everyone has been up to!

    Oh WOW WOW WOW! Dang, I just did a cartwheel, and I think I twisted somethin' that's not meant to be twisted. WOOHOOO, ERIC! This is the news I've been waiting for from you! You SOOOO deserve this, and I am thrilled beyond anything. I enjoyed blowing up the images and admired all your fantabulous texture. And these adorable characters! Ohhhh! I'm going to brush up on my Slovenian now, because I'm definitely ordering this book. I don't care if I have to hire some random Slovenian off the street to buy it at a bookstore and send it to me.
